How can ACS support your career as a Chemical Technical Professional?

ACS Webinars

There is a great shortage of qualified chemical technical professionals, jobs that require a high level of technical knowledge but not a PhD. Inspired by the recommendations set by the National Science Boards’ 2019 report, “The Skilled Technical Workforce,” ACS has been working to connect skilled workers like you with opportunities in the chemistry enterprise to close this gap. In addition to strategic partnerships with companies, two-year colleges, and other institutions to secure mentorship, internship, grants, and other job opportunities, ACS members in the ACS Committee on Technician Affairs (CTA) are volunteering their time to help Chemical Technical Professionals (CTPs) like you grow their careers and CTP stakeholders better support their career journeys.
